By shopping on www.ecmhobbies.com you agree to the terms and conditions described below:

  • All orders received on ECM HOBBIES are subject to payment before shipping.
  • Credit Card orders received through our website will be shipped in 2 - 3 business days of receipt and cleared payment excluding weekends and holidays. 
  • Orders paid by 2CheckOut.com and PayPal will be shipped in 2 - 3 business days of cleared payment.
  • Faxed orders or mailed orders are subject to approval and may take up to 8 business days to approve. These orders are shipped in 2 - 3 business days of receipt and cleared payment. ECM HOBBIES reserves the right to approve or deny fax or mail orders.  
  • Backorders and pre-orders are not accepted, unless specified by ECM HOBBIES.
  • ECM HOBBIES ships / dispatches orders using the CORREOS DEL ECUADOR Registered / Certified Airmail Postal Service for domestic and international orders to all countries.  We use a Domestic and International Standard Flat Rate for dispatching orders. This rate gives the customers the posibility of tracking orders. Customers are contacted by e-mail with tracking information.
  • ECM HOBBIES cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment or transport process. ECM HOBBIES ensures that goods are very well packed with a high quality treatment while they are still in our facility. Once orders and / or goods are dipatched and brought to the Postal Service location for shipping, the Customer understands that that responsibility of treatment of goods is no longer ours.

PLACING ORDERS - IMPORTNAT!

  • Enter all information completely and ACCURATELY.
  • Make sure you choose the correct shipping region.  If you are one of our valued overseas customers, choose the Registered / Certified Airmail to the "rest of the world" orders.
  • If you are located in Ecuador, our country of origin, please make sure you select the option "Correos del Ecuador Certificado".
  • ECM HOBBIES processes your order using 2CheckOut.com. or PayPal. Please double check your order so you could be shure that goods in the 2CheckOut Shipping Cart are the present goods you want to purchase. Once you start the "checkout" process, follow it all the way untill the end, otherwise you'll have to complete your order all over again. 
  • Fill all the fields required to complete your order. Make sure that your billing address matches with the address you have stated in your Credit / Debit Card Statement. ECM HOBBIES reserves the right of rejecting or denying any order containing addresses that don´t match with the real Card Holder´s address.
  • We verify all the orders we receive using the 2CheckOut.com Secure Verifying Orders System which help us to avoid fraudulent orders or faked credit cards.
  • Please double check your personal details before you "Confirm and Send your order". ECM HOBBIES is not responsible for lost items because of a wrong shipping address. If an item is returned to us because of a wrong shipping address, then you will have to place another new order. ECM HOBBIES will not contact you because of these kind of problems. We do not "ship back" returned items / orders.
  • Customers declare that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and they agreed to comply with all of the Conditions described here.
